Week of April 9, 2007 - Try and keep your elbow in while casting. For both technique and your own health elbow in will save you some trouble. Some beginning anglers develop some poor habits and this is one of them. Therefore if you notice another fisherman with this bad habit, let them know. Of course, many anglers are particular about their style but this is usually only common in newcomers to the sport. Elbow out may cause pain in the joint and an overall discomfort that may keep you from fishing! At AFF we do anything to keep us fishing!
