AFF Tip of the Week

Week of November 13, 2006 CTB Tribute - AFF wants to recognize this date to remember Charles T. Bellingrath Sr. A teacher, mentor, best friend, husband, father, grandfather, artist, and beautiful angler. My grandfather meant everything to me and my family. A man who faced great adversity in his lifetime, Poppy (as we call him) was a man of great courage. He had a passion for life that was contagious, which is why he is such an inspiration to so many people. Pop fished many waters and shared his passion for fishing with his family which was just one of his many gifts. His three sons are all avid fisherman as well as many of his grandchildren. We wanted to take this opportunity to remember a man who gave such an incredible amount to the sport of fly fishing. His words still remain transcendent as my father passes them to myself and my brothers and we will do the same someday.
