AFF Tip of the Week
Week of October 16, 2006 - Especially when freshwater fishing, be concious of the whether or not you are overfishing a particular location. What the AFF team means by this is simple. Have you been fishing a spot without success for a long time? Have you possibly scared the fish with a loud sound? Sometimes the best thing to do, is to let a given area rest, (not fish there for awhile) in order to calm the fish down, and not allow them to think something out of the ordinary is going on. Obviously an angler should only do this if he/she is not catching fish. By all means if you are slamming the fish in your area...do not move! -Two anglers, student beside teacher in front of still, magnificent, heavenly water |
